Brief Itinerary
Day 1: Hobart - Ranelagh (45km)
Spend the night at the Mid Winter Festival and watch the ‘burning man’.
Day 2: Police Point and Geeveston Route.
Spend the night at the Mid Winter Festival.
Day 3: Ranelagh - Hobart, via Cygnet & Verona Sands (100km)
Road Event
Our first event is set up like a normal bunch ride with a few exciting stages thrown in the mix. We’re going to stick as a group, with 3 seperate stages to let a little bit of testosterone out; a 1.2km hill climb, a 3km gravel section and a skills segment to keep your bike handling skills honest.
This is not a race
While we have a couple of segments to let loose, we want this event to be all inclusive. Get out there to beat your mates, but at the end of the day, we’re out there having fun, taking photos and riding as a group… and maybe drinking a few beers along the way.
Then it’s time to party!
After spending a day on the bike, exploring the Huon Valley and potentially racing a few mates, it’s time to unwind, let loose and get wild at the Mid Winter Festival.
