    Distance: 85km | Elevation: 1,500m

  • A full day to relax and explore Cradle Mountain. Choose from hiking, journaling, wildlife spotting or simply sleeping in. A quiet moment in the middle of a big ride. Treat yourself to a slower pace and a deeper exhale.

    Distance: Optional hikes only

  • We wind our way through quiet lanes and farming country all the way to our favourite cellar door, Ghost Rock Wineries. Enjoy our local lunch stop then an afternoon drive into Tasmania’s second-largest city.

    Distance: 100km | Elevation: 2,000m

  • Scenic climbs, secret cafes, and a rolling descent into the MTB mecca of Derby.

🛏️ Tin Mountain Lodge | 🍝 Dinner at The Hub | 💦 Tomorrow: floating sauna experience

    Distance: 95km | Elevation: 1,600m

  • Start the day with a floating sauna recovery session on the lake. Then it’s up to you whether you would like to hire a MTB in one of the world’s best mountain bike parks! We recommend you give it a go!

    Distance: Recovery!

  • Today, we begin in the diverse mountains of the North-East Highlands before hitting the coastal region that is St Helen’s. From there, it is straight to the beach to put our feet up for the rest of the afternoon.

    Distance: 75km | Elevation: 1,200m

  • One of the flattest and most scenic rides on the East Coast of Tasmania, we follow the coastline all day before stopping in the famous area that is Coles Bay, ready for our final day tomorrow.

    Distance: 120km | Elevation: 1,200m

  • Our final day on tour. Today won’t involve any riding, just taking in our surroundings. We’re going to start the day with a little walk up to Wineglass Bay with the option of a longer walk. We will meander our way across to Devils Corner (via the bus) for lunch, before eventually making our way back to Hobart to complete our tour.

The 22KPH Club

With all of our multi-day adventures we like to give you an indication of our intended average speed for the trip.

The 22KPH Club is designed as the ultimate touring speed. We think exploring Tasmania by bike is one of the best things you could possibly do, however we don’t want you to rush the experience or miss out on any of the stunning scenery.

This is simply an indication of speed. Sometimes we go a little bit quicker, sometimes a little bit slower, but overall we like to stay as a group and experience our surroundings together.

Please note, Tasmania is also much hillier than most people are used to, as such, expect to ride ~2-5km/h slower than your usual average speed.
