Eudaimonia Tasmanian Cycling Tours Cancellation Policy 

In cases of a cancellation, the following fees per person will be charged. The amount of cancellation fees depends on the number of days of receipt of written cancellation to Eudaimonia Tasmanian Cycling Tours: 

  • The 25% deposit is non-refundable

  • Cancellation 90-30 days before Tour departure – 50% refund

  • Cancellation less than 30 days before Tour departure – No refund

Failure to turn up or leave trip voluntarily – No refund

Deposits and Payments 

Bookings made more than 90 days prior to departure are required to pay 25% of the full payment to secure the booking. 90 days before the trip starts a final invoice will be sent with the remaining balance.

Bookings made 90 days or less prior to departure are required to make full payment to secure the booking. 

Online payment to be made by credit card (surcharge applies). Single supplement: All accommodation is twin share. Requests for guaranteed single accommodation must be made at the time of booking.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to operate the tour, and we certainly hopes this never happens, your deposit/tour costs will be refunded to you in full, minus an administration fee or may be transferred to another tour at your discretion.

We strongly recommend you have your own travel insurance for the duration of the trip, in case of illness, accidents or simply last minute cancellations from your part.

Our COVID-Safe Measures Include

We have the benefit of operating small boutique tours, however still ensure we comply with government restrictions, such as social distancing where appropriate throughout the tour.

Additional cleaning and disinfecting of the tour bus and facilities is performed, focusing on high touch surfaces.

Hand sanitiser is always accessible on any stops made during a tour.

Contact details for each individual are collected as part of the booking process to enable contact tracing.

Staff have been directed not to come to the workplace if they are unwell.

Your duties as a guest

We strongly recommend you have your own travel insurance for the duration of the trip, in case of illness, accidents or simply last minute cancellations from your part.

We require a 25% deposit for all bookings. We will then send out a final invoice 90 days prior to the tour departure.

It is essential that you inform our staff if you:

Are unwell with flu-like symptoms including headache, fever, sore throat

Have COVID-19

Are required to quarantine under a Public Health Order

As a guest you must ensure that you maintain good personal hygiene, follow the directions of our staff and comply with our COVID-Safe measures.
